Jed’s Story Classroom
Since 2007, I’ve been teaching story and short film classes to professionals in college classrooms, studio campuses, and wherever the heck else I’ve been asked to, whenever I could.
In that time I’ve had a lot of people push me to offer a proper series of classes, or even a ‘story school’. While I would love to do something like that one day, I’m still too busy to have the time. When I do it, I want to ensure I’m giving everyone the proper time and focus that I appreciated getting from my own mentors. Hopefully that’s sometime in the not too distant future.

In the meantime…
I’ll try to post other peoples books and lectures here that I’ve found useful in the past and keep updating it with things I forgot to add, or recently discovered. Hopefully that can help some people out in the meantime.
I also learned that a lot of people had been using my website to learn to storyboard, and some of them even became directors now, reaching out to thank me afterwards. I’ll keep those old boards, scenes, and shorts up too so you can check them out if they help.
